Morcillas Tere

Tasty Morcillas Tere from Quintanilla Vivar, original from Burgos, artisan and family production.

The blood sausage, is a stuffed sausage elaborated from rice, pork blood, lard and horcal onion. It is seasoned with spices to get its characteristic flavor mainly pepper and paprika. Once all the ingredients are kneaded, they are stuffed in natural casings of beef for cooking.

The blood sausage is delicious if we eat it hot, freshly cooked, and, the cooking stock, called mondongo stock, is used to cook soups.

It has a mild palate and is slightly spicy, and is made every day.

Ingredients: rice, blood, onion, lard, pepper and pepper.

No gluten or lactose.

Weight of the piece: 350 gr. Approx.

        Sabor al Cid

        Es el sabor más exquisito alguna vez probado. Su valor como alimento, debe promocionarse en países de escasos recursos, debiendo en lo posible globalizar su expendio.
