La Olla Podrida de Burgos will have the detail of giving to its customers that surpass the 50 € in purchase (not including the postage) the freight to any point of the peninsula.
Orders will be processed before 4pm. For orders placed after this time, they will be processed the next day. No orders, weekends or holidays will be sent.
If any product is broken or damaged due to shipping, a new product will be sent to you.
The Olla Podrida de Burgos will bear all transportation costs generated by the new delivery, provided that the product has not been used, manipulated or altered. It is imperative to contact La Olla Podrida de Burgos by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum period of 7 working days from receipt of the order, indicating clearly the reason for the return and attaching a photograph of the product Broken or damaged.
